How we do this

  • Work with your agent throughout the process
  • Conduct an initial interview assessment on enrolment
  • You gather evidence with assistance of ACTS trainer/assessor, e.g. Photos, video, references
  • ACTS conducts a Workplace Assessment by means of site visits, to both existing and previous sites where work can be viewed
  • Moderation and Compliance Panel (a panel of experts) issue the Qualifications
  • ACTS provide all evidence back to the agent for further processing towards the immigration application

What is our criteria

  • Minimum 4 years in a chosen field. Eg 4 years in construction
  • You can provide references to support this and testimonials as to workmanship and quality
  • You can provide sites for ACTS assessors to visit
  • Work together with ACTS to complete the process
  • You must have all Documentation signed by a declaration authority

Timeframe to Completion

  • Phase 1 - Enrolment - allocate 30 - 60 minutes for this process to occur
  • Phase 2 - Evidence Collection - this is as quick as you can gather the evidence and provide to the ACTS Assessor
  • Phase 3 - Assessment - within 21 days of receiving all of the evidence, the ACTS Assessor will work with you to gain access to sites, call referees and make a final decision for the panel
  • Phase 4 - Panel Judgement - this panel meets each Friday and will issue qualifications from here - allow 7 days for this process.

Where to from here?

  • ACTS Sends Agent copy of Qualification and documentation for final processing and pathway to TRA / VETASSESS.
  • ACTS maintains documentation for a period of 30 years as required by Australian Law.
